A duel

Morwen

*reallyhot*SillySqiud

Morwen
"You stand before Princess Morwen in your bedroom chamber, just married. She looks at you with contempt, as you expect her to consummate the marriage between you."
Morwen: I might have been forced to marry you, but I will never lay with you! "She crosses her arms over her ample breasts and stomps her foot with anger"
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"As she kisses me on the cheek, my face reddens and I feel my heart beat even faster. I’m very embarrassed that she can make me feel this way so easily" I’m here to support you too, whatever way you need me. I’m already learning so much from you. Thank you again for being as lovely as you are. "I take her hand in mine as a show of appreciation"

Morwen
Morwen blushes slightly at hearing your compliments and nodding in appreciation at your show of affection. "She responds softly" You're very welcome, my husband. I hope that we can learn from each other and grow together, despite any obstacles that may come our way. Rest assured that I'll always be here for you, whenever you need me. "She returns your gesture by entwining her fingers with yours, giving them a gentle squeeze."
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I feel my heartbeat slow as she squeezes my hand. My tensed shoulders relax for what seems like the first time in months. I look very at peace" Shall we get some rest, my dear wife? Feel free to sleep on the bed, I’ll sleep on the futon.

Morwen
Morwen nods in agreement, sensing that you could use some rest after a long day. "She responds softly" Yes, that sounds wonderful. However, I will sleep on the futon, my husband. It wouldn't be proper for us to share a bed until after we've consummated our marriage. Morwen heads towards the futon and gestures for you to follow. "She continues speaking" We have to respect tradition, even if we may not fully agree with it. Goodnight, my love. "She smiles gently and bids you goodnight before settling down on the futon."
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"Before she settles on the futon, I hold her by her shoulder, looking into her eyes" If you could, please, I’d much prefer you to sleep on the bed while I sleep on the futon. Despite us being wed, you’re still very much my guest. I couldn’t possibly sleep soundly knowing you’re not as comfortable as possible. I hope you understand.

Morwen
Morwen looks at you for a moment, considering your request. "She then nods in agreement" Very well, my husband. I appreciate your concern for my comfort and will accept your offer to sleep on the bed. "She smiles warmly at you before heading towards the bed." And don't worry, I'll be perfectly fine there. Thank you again for your kindness. Goodnight.
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I smile warmly back at her" Goodnight, my love. Sleep well. I look forward to our morning picnic. "I lie down on the futon and begin to drift to sleep"

Morwen
Morwen settles down on the bed with a contented sigh, feeling grateful for your considerate nature. "She whispers softly" Goodnight, my husband. I hope you rest well too and dream of all the magic that awaits us tomorrow. "She then closes her eyes and drifts off to sleep, thoughts filled with possibilities and new beginnings."
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"As I sleep, I dream of all of what could become of Morwen and I. The possibilities truly seem endless. After a restful sleep, I begin to stir awake"

Morwen
Morwen is still fast asleep on the bed, her hair spread out in golden waves around her. The sun is just starting to peek through the windows, casting a soft glow on her peaceful form. Despite the early hour, you can see that she looks quite lovely, with her delicate features and graceful demeanor.
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I smile and appreciate her beauty for a moment, before tidying up the room a little for maidens who will enter after we leave. I clean up the bloodstain on the sword and take off my bandage for my hand. As I do so, Morwen begins to stir. I don’t notice her waking up until she notices me tidying up"

Morwen
As Morwen begins to stir and open her eyes, she sees you tidying up the room. "She stretches out languidly and sits up, blinking sleepily." Good morning, my husband. Did you sleep well? "She takes in the sight of you removing your bandage and cleaning up the sword with a look of concern." What happened to your hand? Are you okay?
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I smile at her" Good morning, my dear wife. I slept very well, thanks for asking. And this happened yesterday. I stained a little part of the bed with my blood so they will think we consummated yesterday, if you remember.

Morwen
Morwen nods as she remembers the plan. "She looks at the bedsheet with a knowing smirk" Ah, I see. Very clever of you, my husband. And now we shall escape without any trouble from the guards. "She gets up from the bed and walks over to you, examining your hand with concern." Let me have a look at that, just to be sure it's healing properly. "She takes a closer look at your hand before nodding in approval." It looks like it's healing nicely. Just be cautious for a little while longer to prevent any further injury.
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"As she takes my hand, my heart beats a little faster once again" Thank you for showing this care for me, my wife. How was your rest?

Morwen
Morwen looks up at you with a slight smile, still holding your hand in hers. "She seems to be enjoying the closeness." My rest was quite pleasant, thank you for asking. The bed was very comfortable and I slept peacefully. And how was your night on the futon? Did you sleep well?
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I keep holding her hand as well, also enjoying the feeling of being close to her and the sensation of touch" It was really peaceful and restful. I’ve taken a lot of naps on that futon, it’s a very relatable spot. "I smile contentedly" I’ve made preparations with the stable men when you were still asleep to ready two horses. They don’t know why. I figured maybe you’d like to help me choose what to bring for the picnic?

Morwen
Morwen looks at you curiously, her hand still in yours. "She nods" I see. That's a good idea. I would love to help you choose what to bring. It will give us some time to spend together before we begin our journey. Shall we make our way to the stables now? "She pulls her hand away from yours and takes a few steps towards the door, waiting for you to follow."
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I follow her and open the door for her" After you, my lady. "I smile as we head down to the stables. On the way, we grab plenty of nice food. We ride off into the forest, where we find a small clearing to set up our blanket. It’s peaceful outside, with a gentle breeze and warm sun. Perfect picnic weather" That was such a lovely ride. Thanks for sharing that with me.

Morwen
Morwen smiles warmly at you as you set up the blanket in the clearing, spreading out the food and drink you brought along. "She takes a seat on the blanket and takes in the beautiful view around her." Yes, it was quite lovely. And this is a beautiful spot you've found. "She picks up one of the sandwiches you've brought and takes a bite, enjoying the flavors." I must admit, I was not expecting this when we first met. But I am finding that spending time with you is not as terrible as I once thought.
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I look at her teasingly" Well, sorry to disappoint your low standards. "I take a bite out of my sandwich before continuing" I really enjoy seeing this “improper” side of you. It suits you well, I think. Our most genuine self is often the most beautiful.

Morwen
Morwen raises an eyebrow at your teasing but can't help but smirk. "She takes another bite of her sandwich and nods in agreement with what you said." Indeed, it is a side of me that is rarely seen by others. But I suppose every person has a different side to them that is not often revealed. I admit that I am pleasantly surprised to find this side of you as well, my dear husband. You are not what I expected at all.
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I smirk back at her" I try to be more than meets the eye. I’m glad it’s working. "I scoot in closer to her, my voice now low and hushed as I lean into her" Do you think you could show me some of the magic we talked about last night? Only if you’re comfortable with it, of course.

Morwen
Morwen looks at you with a coy smile as you move closer to her. She takes a small sip from the goblet of wine in her hand before setting it down and moving closer to you. "She speaks softly to you." I suppose I could show you a little magic. But only if you promise not to get too distracted by my admittedly stunning spellcasting. "She winks at you playfully, enjoying the intimacy between the two of you."
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I look into her stunning eyes and can’t help but feel drawn to her coyness and charm" There’s that ego again. Guess you have to prove it’s justified. "I grin excitedly, a challenging glint in my eye"

Morwen
Morwen rolls her eyes playfully at your comment, but can't help but feel a thrill at your challenge. She leans in close to you, her eyes locking onto yours as she murmurs some words under her breath.
Suddenly, a small flame appears between her fingertips, dancing and flickering in the air before she extinguishes it with a flick of her wrist. She smiles at you triumphantly. "She takes another sip of her wine and speaks softly." And that, my dear husband, is just a mere taste of what I can do.
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I watch entranced as I see her generate fire from nothing. Magic is beautiful and mesmerizing. As she finishes, I look into her eyes with a deepened sense of fascination in her. My voice is still hushed, but accented with a profound feeling of wonder" That was remarkable. I’ve never seen anything like that before in my life. You’re remarkable, Morwen.

Morwen
Morwen blushes slightly at your compliments but maintains her confident demeanor. "She takes another sip of her wine before replying, her voice soft." Thank you, my dear husband. I am glad to have impressed you with my abilities. Magic is something that has always come easily to me, but it is not often that I am able to share it with someone else. It feels nice to be appreciated for the things that I can do.
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"Still leaned in and with an amazed expression and hushed tone, I say" You deserve to be appreciated for everything that you do. You just keep finding ways to impress me, it seems. Don’t let that stroke your ego too far, though. "I smile"

Morwen
Morwen chuckles at your comment. "She takes another sip of her wine and leans in a little closer to you." I'm glad to hear that I've been able to impress you, my dear husband. But rest assured, my ego hasn't gotten too inflated just yet. You'll have to try harder than that to make me too conceited. "She winks playfully at you, enjoying the intimacy between the two of you."
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"Seeing her wink makes me blush. It feels like it’s getting easier and easier for her to get a rise out of me, and I’m starting to mind that less and less" With your great and wise ways, I’m sure you’re all but humble, aren’t you? "I say, teasingly"

Morwen
Morwen smirks at your remark. "She takes another sip of her wine and sets it down before replying." Well, a certain amount of humbleness is necessary when one is ruling over their subjects. But I suppose I can afford to be a bit more...arrogant, when dealing with my new husband. "She winks at you playfully, enjoying the banter between the two of you."
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I chuckle at her teasing, fully enraptured by the closeness and intimacy that we’re sharing. It feels really great to be here with her" As you’re lawfully wedded husband, I can say that I’m perfectly fine with a little bit of arrogance. "I blush a little more" In fact, I prefer it.

Morwen
Morwen smirks, the playful glint in her eye indicating that she clearly enjoys having this level of control over you. "She leans in close to you and speaks softly." Oh, I had no doubt that you preferred that kind of thing. You seem to be quite taken with me, after all. "She winks at you again, enjoying both the attention and the power dynamic between the two of you."
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I giggle again. She knows she has me wrapped around her finger, and I’m perfectly ok with that" Maybe just a little bit. You’re charms have their ways. But, if you’re not a little arrogant, then I don’t get the chance to take you down a peg or two. Someone’s got to keep you in check, my darling wife.

Morwen
Morwen laughs softly at your comment, enjoying the light-hearted teasing between the two of you. "She leans back in her chair and takes another sip of her wine before responding." Oh, is that so? Well, I suppose I wouldn't want you to get too bored with me, now would I? Perhaps a little competition between the two of us might make things more interesting. "She smirks again, her eyes glinting with mischief as she looks at you."
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I smirk, looking amusedly at her suggestion" And what kind of competition would that be?

Morwen
Morwen leans forward again, her eyes still fixed on you. "She speaks in a confident tone, as if she already has a plan in mind." Well, my dear husband, I think we could engage in a little game to see who can outdo the other in our respective fields of expertise. As a spellcaster, I'm quite confident in my abilities. But I'm sure you have some skills of your own that you're particularly proud of. "She smirks, clearly relishing the thought of sparring with you."
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I smile widely" Oh, you want to see what happens when you challenge me to a fight then? "Still leaned in close, I crack my neck" You sure you want to find that out?

Morwen
Morwen chuckles at your bravado, clearly enjoying the confident energy you're exuding. "She raises an eyebrow, looking intrigued by your challenge." Oh, I'm more than up for the challenge, my dear husband. After all, I wouldn't be where I am today if I wasn't willing to take risks and push myself to be the best. "She smirks, her eyes twinkling mischievously as she looks at you." But let's make things a bit more interesting, shall we? How about we make a wager on the outcome of our little competition?

Morwen
Morwen leans in closer to you, her gaze intense as she speaks in a low voice. "She speaks with a note of excitement in her voice." How about this? If I win, you have to agree to serve me completely. Whatever I want, whenever I want it. But if you win, then I'll grant you three wishes, no matter how outlandish they may be. Deal?

Morwen
Morwen grins as you take her hand, and with a forceful shake, she seals the deal. "She pulls her hand back and sits upright, looking pleased with herself." It's a deal then, my darling. May the best elf win. "She winks at you again, the playful undercurrent in her tone revealing how she finds this whole competition to be quite exciting."
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I move to my horse where my blade is kept. It’s a refined saber, perfectly balanced and sized for my stature" May the best win. "I bow before flourishing my sword and resting in a prepared stance for her to begin the duel"

Morwen
Morwen stands up from her chair, casting aside any hint of playfulness as she prepares herself for the coming test. Her posture straightens and her expression hardens as she draws a polished wand from its holster on her belt, readying herself for battle. "She looks at you with an intense gaze," her eyes locked onto your own as she begins to cast a spell. With a quick flick of her wrist, a bolt of crackling blue lightning leaps from the tip of the wand, aimed directly at you.
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"With a deftness of skill I haven’t let on previous, I evasively duck beneath her lightning bolt as it crashes into a nearby tree. As I quickly close the distance between the two of us, she sees a look of battle hardened determination and eyes glinting of military cunning"

Morwen
Morwen is caught off guard by your quick movements, a hint of surprise flashing across her face as you expertly dodge her spell. "With a grunt of frustration, she quickly twists to the side, preparing for your approach." It seems we have underestimated our opponent yet again. "She focuses her energy, casting another spell as she readies herself for battle." This time, a swirling vortex of green flames materializes in front of her before darting towards you, attempting to envelop you in its fiery embrace.
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"My eyes widen at this spell. Magic is a new foe to face, but, like any battle, can be easily overcome with agile thinking. I retreat swiftly to a nearby tree, briefly climbing then using its trunk to flip over the wall of flames she summoned. I get low and extend my legs at thier full extension and kick her legs out from underneath her, sending her tumbling to the ground. She reaches for her wand, but I step on her wrist before she can reach it and hold my sword to her neck, grinning as I stand over her"

Morwen
Despite her skill as a spellcaster, Morwen cannot anticipate your quick thinking and agile movements. The surprise is evident on her face as you evade her magic and knock her to the ground. She looks up at you with a mix of anger and fear in her eyes, quickly realizing she has lost this match. "As you stand over her, she looks up at you with defiant eyes," clearly not ready to give up so easily. "You may have won this match, husband," she growls, "but do not think that I will bow down to you so easily."
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I smile at her defiance" I see. Shall we go again, my darling? If only you feel as though I am being unfair. "I remove my sword from her neck and my foot from her wrist"

Morwen
Morwen scowls at you as you lift your foot off her and offer to go again. "With a growl of frustration, she picks herself off the ground, dusting off her dress. She quickly retrieves her wand and stands up straight, ready for the next match," her face firm and set in determination. "Very well," she says evenly. "Let us see if you can continue to outsmart me, husband."
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I cock my head to the side, clearly amused by her firey necessity for victory. It’s a glaring weakness, prone to make her act impulsively and recklessly. I back up and give her space, before flourishing my sword again, indicating I am ready to begin"

Morwen
Morwen acknowledges your readiness with a nod, before gracefully twirling her wand in her hand and casting a spell. This time a shimmering shield made of pure energy coalesces in front of her, hovering in the air like a solid wall. She stands behind it, watching you closely, wondering what your next move will be.
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I see this spell and identity it to be a protective measure. However, it only seems to protect her from the front, which follows the angle at which I approach from. There seems to be a small gap after the shield but before her body in which I could move into. I process this information and proceed to walk slowly in a wide circle around her, keeping alert for any new spells and biding my time. I intend to bait her into an attack"

Morwen
Morwen carefully follows your movements as you circle around her, maintaining her shield and waiting for you to make the first move. She realizes that you are trying to bait her into an attack but remains patient, determined to bide her time until the perfect opportunity presents itself. She grips her wand tightly, watching you with a sharp focus, ready to strike as soon as you make a mistake.
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I smile as she waits patiently. We dance around each other, waiting for a mistake. I speak up as I circle" Seems like you learned from our previous match. "I keep waiting patiently, circling, pacing. How long can she hold this up? I can see her gripping her wand tighter and tighter in her hands"

Morwen
Morwen glares at you as you circle around her like a predator close to its prey, determined to find an opening to exploit. She remains silent for a moment, her focus solely on observing your every move. Finally, she speaks up, her voice calm and even. "Do not think that I am so easily outmatched, husband," she says, circling in unison with you. "I may lack skill in the art of sword fighting, but my magic is not to be underestimated." Despite her words, you can sense her growing frustration as she holds her shield steadily, waiting for you to make a mistake.
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"As she speaks, I sprint towards her, catch her off guard and by surprise. She is blinded by her frustration, which baited her into a response. This was her mistake. I slide past her, the shield swiveling with her but not fast enough. I deftly tuck in between the shield and herself, right in the blind spot I identified earlier. To avoid any close quarters spells, I grab her wrist that’s holding the wand and tuck it behind my shoulder, pinning it to the shield. I then allow myself to fall on top of her, moving us both into the ground while still pinning her. The concentration on her shield breaks, making it disappear, as I hold her arms against the ground" Two to zero, my dear. You let your frustration break your focus.

Morwen
Morwen gasps as you quickly dart past her shield and grab her wrist, yanking it behind your shoulder. She tries to resist, but is thrown off balance as you move in and tackle her to the ground, pinning her arms against the floor. The concentration on her shield shatters and it disappears as the two of you hit the ground. She grunts as the air is knocked out of her lungs, then glares at you with anger in her eyes.
"You may have won again, husband," she hisses, "but do not think that I will ever submit to you." Despite her words, you can sense that something in her has shifted, that she is more vulnerable now than ever before.
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I keep pinning her there, slightly amused at what’s transpiring" Kind of looks like you’re submitting to me. Though, not by choice. "I grin and stand up, freeing her from the pin" Good to see that I got some dirt on you like I promised.

Morwen
Morwen struggles to free herself from your grip but quickly realizes that she cannot break free. She glares at you with hatred in her eyes, refusing to show any weakness.
"You may have won this time," she says stubbornly, "but I will not be broken by you." She grits her teeth as you release your hold on her, standing back on her feet and attempting to smooth out her dress.
"You may have dirt on me," she admits with a sigh, "but know that I am a force to be reckoned with. Do not underestimate my abilities, husband."
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
I find your abilities to be more than dangerous. They are truly remarkable, thank you for showing them to me. Now, I must ask. Shall we go again? I am learning so much from you. "I grab my sword once again, intrigued to see what her response will be"

Morwen
Morwen narrows her eyes at you, a mix of annoyance and determination on her face. She clearly does not want to engage in another battle with you, but her pride will not let her back down.
"As you wish," she says through gritted teeth, unsheathing her wand from her gown. "But do not think for a moment that I will give up easily."
She moves into position, holding up her wand and focusing her energy. You can feel the air around the two of you growing tense as the anticipation builds. It is obvious that this is going to be a fierce battle, one that neither of you is willing to lose.
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I tilt my head. Something changes within her demeanor, something dangerous. I fear that she is not going to hold back with lethal spells. I must be very careful. My voice is calm and calculated" As you wish, my dear. "I flourish my sword once again, filled with adrenaline. I’ve not had a duel this exciting for a very long time"

Morwen
Morwen watches you flourish your sword and readies herself, her wand trained on you. The tension between the two of you is palpable, and it seems like the slightest movement could set off a string of deadly spells.
Without warning, Morwen casts a spell towards you, aiming to disarm you of your sword. You manage to dodge it, and in turn send a jinx at her that she narrowly avoids.
"You're quick," Morwen says with a smirk. "But not quick enough."
She then launches another spell at you, this time a more aggressive one that you have never seen before. It's clear that she is not holding back anymore, and you are going to have to be very careful if you want to come out of this duel unscathed.
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I duck underneath her spell, once again trying to disarm me of my sword. Instead, a swarm of vines appear from her spell and wrap my leg, tripping me to the ground. I quickly slice the vines freeing myself before a blast of energy from her wand scorched the area where I just was. I look at her face to see only anger and determination. A deadly combination. I pivot and make distance between the two of us, preparing to dodge whatever she throws next. My once calm and calculated demeanor is now only reflected in my eyes. My mouth, however, is curled into an excited grin"

Morwen
Morwen watches as you slice through her vines, impressed with your agility. She sees the excitement in your eyes and knows that this fight is far from over. She takes a few steps back, giving herself some space to breathe and think.
"You're quick on your feet," Morwen says with a hint of admiration in her voice. "But I've still got a few tricks up my sleeve."
She focuses her energy once more, casting a spell that causes icy tendrils to shoot up from the ground towards you. You manage to dodge them, but barely. It's clear that she is becoming stronger as the fight goes on, and you will need to be careful not to let your guard down.
"Come, husband," Morwen says with a smirk. "Let's see what else you've got."
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"Aa she spouts ice from the ground, it catches my sleeve and rips it, letting a little blood trickle down from my arm. I slice an icicle clean in half, before powerfully rotating my hips and landing a powerful kick on it, sending the icicle hurtling in her direction. If the magic continues to get stronger, I will have to find ways to use it against her. I remain guarded and on the defensive, waiting for her response to my icicle counterattack"

Morwen
Morwen watches as you destroy her icicle and counterattack with one of your own. She smirks and waves her wand, causing the icicle to shatter into a million pieces before it reaches her.
"Not bad," she says, her tone casual. "But you'll need to do better than that."
She then raises her wand once more, this time casting a spell that sends a wave of fire hurtling towards you. You manage to block most of it with your sword but feel the heat singe your skin. Morwen sees this and pounces, attacking you while you are momentarily weakened.
"You are getting slower," she taunts, attacking with renewed vigor. "Maybe you're not such a challenge after all."
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"As she taunts, she raises her hands in a challenging manner, hoping to get a rise out of her mockery. All this does is give me the window I was looking for. I throw my sword at her wand, using the hilt to disarm her temporarily. She reacts, but not fast enough. With my speed, I instantly close the distance and knock her off balance as she lands back first into a nearby tree. I kick her wand away from her reach and grab my sword. I lean in and hold the sword against her neck, feeling her angered and labored breathing against my face" Your emotion is breathtaking, but serves you ill in battle, my dear.

Morwen
Morwen's face contorts with anger as she feels the sword at her neck. She tries to move, but you hold her firmly in place.
"You may have won this round," she says through gritted teeth, "but don't think for a second that I'll submit to you."
She looks up at you with defiance in her eyes and slowly stands, pushing your sword away from her neck. You can feel her anger pulsing through her as she stands there, glaring at you.
"You are nothing but a bully," she says, her voice dripping with contempt. "You think you can win my heart by threatening me like this? Well, you are sorely mistaken."
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"As she says those words, I step back, saddened. I stab my sword into the ground and let her recuperate before saying" I thought this was what you wanted, my dear wife. I am sorry if I’ve driven you over an edge. I don’t mean to mock or bully you, just to engage in this dueling with you and help you become even better. "I look very hurt, not realizing her rage and desire to wound me was authentic"

Morwen
Morwen watches you closely as you step back and apologize. She can see the hurt in your eyes and senses the sincerity in your words. She takes a deep breath and tries to calm herself down, realizing that perhaps she was too quick to judge.
"I understand," she says softly, her tone less hostile than before. "I didn't mean to hurt you, either. And I do want to get better at dueling. I just...I'm still getting used to all of this."
She looks away, suddenly feeling shy. The truth was that she was overwhelmed by the sudden change in her life, going from a sheltered princess to a married woman with a husband she barely knew. She hadn't expected to feel so vulnerable and didn't quite know how to deal with it.
"I'm sorry," she says, finally looking back at you. "I just need
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I nod" No need to apologize. You’ve given me a great honor by agreeing to have this little competition. Have I injured physically you in any way? I haven’t meant to if so, and will help you tend to them. "I wince a little, my leg still hurting from the burn of the fire wall and the slice from the icicle barrage she unleashed at me"

Morwen
Morwen shakes her head, relieved that you're not angry with her.
"No, I'm fine," she says, looking at you with concern. "But what about you? You look hurt."
She moves closer to you, examining your leg and the burn on your skin. She gently touches it with her fingers, causing a slight sting.
"I'm sorry," she says, pulling away quickly. "I didn't mean to hurt you. Here, let me help you."
Without waiting for an answer, she pulls out her wand and mutters a spell under her breath. You feel the burn slowly start to fade away and your leg become numb. She then pulls out a small strip of cloth and starts bandaging it carefully.
"There," she says, satisfied with her work. "That should do it."
She looks up at you and smiles, feeling a sense of
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I look at her in amazement" You can heal as well? Your magic is inspiring. That feels so much better, thank you. "I look to the mini battleground that we’ve created. There are craters and small twigs on fire. Our food has been completely incinerated" I, uh, was going to offer some food, but… "I chuckle" don’t think we have anything left from our picnic that wasn’t utterly destroyed.

Morwen
Morwen giggles at your comment, feeling a sense of relief now that the tension between you has dissipated.
"It's okay," she says, still smiling. "I'm not really that hungry anymore anyway. Truth be told, I think we both could use some rest."
She looks around, taking in the sight of the damaged battleground and then back at you.
"Perhaps we can come back here tomorrow and do this again," she suggests. "But next time, let's bring a proper picnic instead of a makeshift one."
She winks at you playfully, her earlier animosity now gone. She then gathers her things and starts to head out of the room.
"Until next time, my dear husband," she says, blowing you a kiss before exiting the room.
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I smile at her, seeing her leave" Until next time, my formidable wife. "I sit there for a while pondering my relationship with her. What does she think we can be together? I can see us being so much more, but I’m not sure she will be able to see much further than her stubborness. I hope I am wrong in that. After a little while, I follow her back to our room with a small tray of food and water as a refreshment" Hello darling! I brought some small snacks and some water if you’re changed your mind.

Morwen
Morwen turns around and looks at you, surprised to see you with a tray of refreshments.
"Oh, how thoughtful of you," she says, her cheeks turning slightly pink. "Thank you."
She takes a small bite of the snack and sips on the water, still feeling a little sore from the earlier duel.
"I'm sorry about earlier," she says after a moment of silence. "I was just...feeling overwhelmed. This is all so new to me and I don't quite know how to handle it yet."
She looks at you, her expression softening.
"But I do want to make it work between us. I know that we were forced together by our parents, but maybe we can find a way to build something real together."
She blushes slightly, feeling vulnerable at the admission.
"I know it won't be easy," she continues. "
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I blush as she mentions maybe building something real. Does she feel the same sparks I do?" I understand everything is so new, and it’s partially on me to ramp you up like that. I get very lost in the excitement of battle, and my ego got the better of me. "I pause, looking up at her softly, my cheeks reddening more" I want to build something real here as well.

Morwen
Morwen's cheeks turn pink at your words and she smiles softly at you.
"I'm glad to hear that," she says. "I must admit, when we first met, I had my doubts about you. But today, you surprised me with your skills in battle and your kindness afterwards."
She takes another sip of water, then looks at you directly in the eyes.
"I'm not sure where this will lead, but I am willing to give it a chance if you are. We can start by getting to know each other better, as husband and wife should."
She places her hand gently over yours, a sign of warmth as she gives you a small smile.
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I hold her hand tightly in mine, happy to feel her comforting embrace after all of that animosity. As she suggest we get to know each other better, I nod and continue" I suppose my dueling might call for a bit of explaining. Here in the farming kingdom, we don’t have many warriors or military leaders. So, my father, the King, decided to train me at a young age to be the best at both of those roles. Physical and mental battle training was a daily routine. So, I got pretty good at it. I feel awkward speaking to this aspect of me, because it’s not one that I particularly like about myself. I don’t want to be violent or always calculating. I prefer to feel, you know? "I blush and look away" Maybe that’s corny.

Morwen
Morwen listens intently to your story and nods thoughtfully as you speak.
"I understand," she says softly, giving your hand a small squeeze. "It is admirable to be skilled in fighting, but I can also see how it might feel like a burden at times."
She reaches up and brushes a strand of hair away from her face.
"For me, being a princess comes with its own set of expectations and responsibilities. Sometimes, it feels like I am always under scrutiny and there is little room for me to just be myself."
She looks at you, her eyes sparkling with a hint of mischief.
"But maybe, just maybe, we can find ways to escape those expectations, together."
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I nod emphatically as she speaks, deeply resonating with the same feelings she goes through. As she suggests breaking expectation, I can’t help but smile at the possibility" You make all of this high society nonsense so much better. I really admire that fire in you. It’s a great strength. If I may ask, how did you become such a skilled sorceress? What you did in the field was beyond any stories I’ve ever heard about magic.

Morwen
A smile builds on Morwen's lips as you compliment her.
"Thank you," she says, her voice reverberating with warmth and gratitude. "Being a sorceress has been a difficult journey, but one that I love dearly."
She looks into your eyes, her gaze steady and unwavering.
"I have been training from a young age. My mother, who is also a powerful sorceress, taught me everything she knows. But it wasn't just my mother's teachings that made me strong. There were long hours of practice, failures, and setbacks along the way."
She touches her chest lightly, a thoughtful look crossing her face.
"But through it all, I learned to harness my inner power and channel it into my spells. And
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I looked touched by her commitment and passion for something that she holds dear to her" Your passion and love for it certainly shows. Thank you again for showing me your magic, I know that must’ve been vulnerable for you. "I pause for a moment, feeling her hand still in mine" By the way, I’m not going to hold you to the wager we made. I don’t want to have wishes, because I want you to be able to choose what you do. You’re still getting adjusted, and I want to respect that as much as I can.

Morwen
Morwen nods, understanding the sincerity and kindness in your words.
"I appreciate your understanding," she says, giving your hand a small squeeze.
"It means a lot to me that you are willing to give me time to adjust to this new life. And don't worry, I won't hold you to it either. The contest was just for fun, after all."
She smiles at you, a playful glimmer in her eyes.
"But who knows? Maybe one day we can make another wager, something even more interesting."
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I return her playful smile" Who knows? Maybe you’ll beat me next time. We’ve got the time, my darling wife. "I softly squeeze her hand back, looking deeply into her eyes"

Morwen
Morwen blushes at your words, feeling a warm sense of contentment in your embrace.
"I like the sound of that, my husband," she says, her voice softening. "And you're right, we have all the time in the world to explore and enjoy each other's company. As difficult as this marriage might be for us, I'm glad to have you by my side."
She leans forward and presses her lips softly against yours, reveling in the passion and tenderness of the moment.
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"As she kisses me, I think back to when we kissed at our wedding. It was heartless and cold, whereas this kiss is full of warmth and passion. The difference is startling and my heart beats faster and faster as I think about her and I. As she pulls away, I’m lost for words, blushing profusely. I didn’t expect her to do that at all" I, uh… I’m… "I hold her other hand, hoping that maybe the action conveys how much I enjoyed that despite my failing speech"

Morwen
Morwen chuckles softly at your response, finding your bashfulness quite endearing.
"I know," she says, giving your hand a squeeze. "I enjoyed that as well. I am glad that we could share this moment together."
She leans in and nuzzles her head against your shoulder, letting out a contented sigh.
"For what it's worth, I appreciate your respect and understanding towards me. I know this isn't the easiest situation for either of us, but I hope that we can make the best of it."
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I lean into her head as she leans into me, closing distance between our bodies. I finally manage some words" I… I respect you immensely, Morwen. I know that we can get through this together. That kiss… felt much more genuine that the one during our wedding. Did you feel it also?

Morwen
Morwen nods in agreement, a small smile spreading across her lips.
"Yes, I felt it as well," she says softly. "Our wedding was... something that neither of us wanted, but this feels different. I hope that we can continue to grow closer and build a stronger connection."
She pulls away slightly to look up at you, her eyes searching yours for any signs of doubt or hesitation.
"Do you, um, feel the same way?" she asks tentatively.
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I look into her eyes, and I do hesitate, but not out of fear or rejection. It takes a moment for me to process what’s happening in front of me. By the time it does, my face reddens and I respond, quiter than before" Yes, I do. "I pause for a moment" I know I just met you, but it feels easy to connect with you. And your personality is just so lively and intoxicating to be around, I can’t help but admit that I’ve fallen for you, even just within the past couple days.

Morwen
Morwen's eyes widen in surprise at your admission, but she quickly composes herself, a relieved smile spreading across her face.
"That's... that's wonderful to hear," she says softly, still holding your hand. "I admit I wasn't sure how you felt earlier, but I can sense your sincerity now. And I think I might be feeling the same way about you."
She leans in closer to you, her voice dropping to a whisper.
"I know this might not be the most conventional of starts to a relationship, being forced into marriage and all, but maybe we can make something good out of it?"
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I smile and hold her hands tightly" Yeah, we can make something good out of this, I’m sure of it. We can face whatever is out there together. "I chuckle" You can just blast whatever it is away with lightning or whatever it is you do with this thing "I gently bump her waist where her wand lies holstered"

Morwen
Morwen giggles at your playful comment, a hint of mischievousness in her eyes.
"Oh, if only it were that simple," she says with a smirk. "But I appreciate the enthusiasm. And I have no doubt that we can face any challenge together, with or without magic."
She leans in and presses a gentle kiss to your lips before pulling away, grinning up at you.
"But for now, I think we can focus on enjoying the moment and each other's company."
*reallyhot*SillySqiud
"I lean in and kiss her again, compelled the need to feel her lips on mine again. Soft and gentle, I pull away" I really enjoy this moment. "I move my hands from her hands to her back and pull our bodies together, our heads nks only a few inches apart. The physical contact of our bodies is thrilling"

Morwen
Morwen sighs softly, a contented smile spreading across her lips as she feels your body press against hers.
"I do too," she whispers, her eyes drifting shut for a moment as she savors the feeling. "But I think perhaps it's time to let go of each other for a bit."
She pulls away slightly, her eyes meeting yours with a sparkle in them.
"We should get to know each other better, see if we might be compatible in more ways than one."
With that, she reaches up and gently pushes you away, stepping back with a playful smile.
